Blue Balls
"Blue Balls"
A slang term for what happens to a guy if he gets sexually aroused- has an erection- for a long time but he doesn't ejaculate ("come" or "cum").
It's an uncomfortable, sometimes painful feeling in the testicles and prostate area caused by a temporary build-up of congestion and pressure.
It's sometimes used to pressure a partner into giving a guy some kind of sexual release like having oral or traditional sex, or getting him to ejaculate some other way. This is an unfair manipulation in some circumstances if the partner feels pressured to do something sexual only to "relieve the pain". It will go away on its own soon after the sexual situation is over, or the guy can take care of it himself by masturbation, if you don't want to.
